1. PARTIES

2. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of handmade marble and natural stone products offered by Petra Vera through its website.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
All products sold by Petra Vera are handcrafted from natural marble and stone.
Due to the natural structure of stone and handmade production, each item is unique and may show slight variations in color, texture, or veining compared to product images.
Product details, prices, and specifications are published on the website at the time of order.

4. ORDER & PAYMENT
By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted this Agreement, the product description, pricing, and delivery conditions.
Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers.
Any applicable bank fees or transaction charges are the responsibility of the Buyer.

5. DELIVERY
• Orders are produced and shipped from Turkey.
• Estimated production and shipping times are stated on the product page.
• International shipping times may vary depending on destination.
Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Due to the nature of Petra Vera products:
• Custom-made or made-to-order products are not eligible for withdrawal or return, in accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation.
• Products prepared based on size, design, or material selection requested by the Buyer are considered personalized products.

7. RETURNS & DAMAGES
If the product arrives damaged:
• The Buyer must notify Petra Vera within 48 hours of delivery.
• Damage must be documented with photos and reported immediately.
Returns without prior approval or outside the stated conditions will not be accepted.

8. FORCE MAJEURE
Petra Vera shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, customs delays, or transportation disruptions.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
In case of disputes, Turkish Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.

10. ACCEPTANCE
By completing a purchase on www.petravera.com, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Distance Sales Agreement in full.
