Custom Marble Fireplace Mantel & Hearth | Caldwell Builders – 801 Cervantes

An exclusive custom order prepared for Jessica and Alex Torres of Caldwell Builders, for the 801 Cervantes project.

Handcrafted specifically for this project, this sculptural marble fireplace surround will be individually shaped and finished by hand, with careful attention to its curved profile, proportions, and natural veining.

ORDER INCLUDES
• Three-piece marble fireplace surround: one upper section and two legs.
• Matching hearth in 3 cm thick marble, made in two sections with coordinated veining across the joint.
• Honed finish.
• Protective wooden crating.
• Air freight with full shipping insurance.

DIMENSIONS
• Fireplace surround: 2,235 mm wide × 1,613 mm high × 305 mm deep, excluding the hearth.
• Hearth: 2,540 mm wide × 762 mm deep × 30 mm thick.
• The mantel legs will sit on the hearth, which will be centered beneath the surround with the rear edges aligned.

Final fabrication will follow the approved technical drawings and marble selection. Natural variations in color and veining are inherent to marble; the hearth joint will remain a physical seam.

TOTAL PRICE: USD 12,500

The price includes the custom marble pieces, protective crating, insured air freight, and excludes import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, and any applicable destination fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are payable separately.

ESTIMATED TIMELINE
Production: 20–25 days following order confirmation and final approval of the technical drawings and marble selection.
Air freight: approximately 6–10 days after dispatch. Customs clearance may affect the final delivery date.
